At Simplify Carpentry, we believe in providing clients with the highest quality carpentry, customer service and advice possible. Our aim is to build long lasting relationships with clients on the Mornington Peninsula through honesty, integrity and doing what we say we are going to do.
Simplify Carpentry is owned and operated by Mount Eliza resident Simon Southey. Prior to him and his family moving to Mount Eliza in 2024, Simon worked for a number of boutique residential builders and carpentry crews in Melbourne’s south-eastern and bayside suburbs, with a focus on architecturally designed new builds and extensions.
Prior to carpentry, Simon had a career in property, working in Melbourne and London as a commercial real estate agent and property consultant. It is this previous experience, combined with his carpentry expertise, that gives Simon a unique perspective on how to create desirable spaces and build value in real estate.
In addition to a Certificate III in Carpentry, Simon also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property).
